Fall into Nature
The University of Akron Field Station, Bath Park Board and Bath Township are working to put together a scavenger hunt for their Fall into Nature program event this year. This pandemic-inspired change in programming is to still allow people to safely engage with nature, instead of our normal one-day event.

During the month of October, visitors will be able to find bingo cards online or at the University of Akron Field Station, Ira Road Trailhead, and Bath Community Park under the tunnel leading to the BNP. Visitors will use this bingo type card with 25 squares to identify signs in 25 different locations. Each location will have a sign featuring one type of flora or fauna and a fun fact about the species. Bath Volunteers for Service have provided the funding for the signs.

This will be a fun event for young people to participate in a scavenger hunt by walking the North Fork Trail, the Bridle Trail and the road to the Field Station.
