The Bath Township Board of Trustees is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Administrative Assistant/Administration.
The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact in Bath Township’s Administration. An ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and customer service skills. Must be able to perform various tasks simultaneously. Essential roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: answers and routes telephone calls, greets incoming visitors, updates township website and social medial, schedules meetings, assists with the township newsletter and provides clerical support to various staff members.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Pay Range: $18-20/hr.
- 18 years or older
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of office experience. *A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license
- Prior experience in local government and/or payroll preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in the Adobe Creative Suite preferred, but not required.
