Township Trustees
The Bath Township Board of Trustees gives notice of a Public Hearing in accordance with O.R.C. 5705.30 on Monday July 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to review the 2027 Bath Township Tax Budget.
The meeting will take place in the Trustee Meeting Room at 3864 W. Bath Rd., Akron Ohio 44333.
Two copies of the budget are available for public inspection in the Fiscal Office through July 13, 2026.
This notice meets the requirements of Ohio Revised Code Sections 121.22.

- BZA 26-14 - Paul Brilla, of FastSigns Medina, for Keystone Technology, requesting variance from Article 13, Section 1305-J(3)(A) to allow for internal illumination on a sign. Property is located at 787 Wye Road in the B-5 Business District.
