NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Bath Township Board of Trustees gives notice of a Public Hearing in accordance with O.R.C. 5705.30 on Monday July 13, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to review the 2027 Bath Township Tax Budget.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to review the 2027 Bath Township Tax Budget.
The meeting will take place in the Trustee Meeting Room at 3864 W. Bath Rd., Akron Ohio 44333.
Two copies of the budget are available for public inspection in the Fiscal Office through July 13, 2026.
This notice meets the requirements of Ohio Revised Code Sections 121.22.

Notice is hereby given that the Bath Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Bath Township Trustee Meeting Room, located at 3864 W. Bath Road, Bath, Ohio, to consider the following appeal:
- BZA-26-15 - Theodore Myers, Jr., requesting variance from Article 6, Section 602 to construct an accessory structure in the riparian setback. Property is located at 4100 Granger Road in the R-2 Residential District.
