Bath Road, Bath, Ohio, to consider the following appeals:

• BZA-26-16 – Gary Brentlinger, Bulldog Masonry, LLC requesting variance from Article 7, Table 701-1 to construct an accessory structure in the front yard. Property is located at 2925 Roundhill Drive in the R-2 Residential District. 2.)
• BZA-26-17 – Daria & Henry Lee requesting variances from Article 7, Section 701, Table 701-1 to construct an accessory structure in the front yard, from Section 701-B(11)(B) to encroach upon the side yard setback and from Section 701-D(10)(A) to use an accessory structure for a home occupation. Property is located at 4938 Everett Road in the R-2 Residential District.
• BZA-26-18 – Jim Matalik for Crown Point Ecology Center, requesting an expansion of a conditional use per Article 5, Section 502, Table 502-C to construct an agricultural structure used for educational purposes at Crown Point Ecology Center. Property is located at 3220 Ira Road in the R-2 Residential District.
