1075 Ghent Road

• The Zoning Commission is reviewing a rezoning application for 1075 Ghent Rd.  The applicants are seeking a rezoning of the property to allow for a dentist office.  The current use is single family residential (R-2) and they are seeking a restricted business use (B-4).  The application has been reviewed by Summit County Planning Commission.  Summit County Planning Commission did recommend to approve the rezoning after a lengthy discussion on the proposal and the corridor. 

Ghent Road/Cleveland Massillon Road

• A mixed-use retail/office building is being proposed at the intersection of Ghent Rd. and Cleveland Massillon Rd.
