Bath Township's 24th Annual Memorial Day Observance Ceremony

Bath Township will host the 24th Annual Memorial Day Observance Ceremony on Monday, May 25, 2026 at noon at the Bath Township Veterans Memorial located at Bath Memorial Park (3840 W. Bath Road).

This year’s ceremony will feature Brigadier General Tom Luczynski (Memorial Address), Pastor Jon Weaver (Invocation), Declaration of Independence speech by a 5th grade Bath Elementary student, America the Beautiful solo by a Revere High School Junior, music from the Revere High School Chorale and Marching Minutemen Band, Pledge of Allegiance led by Girl Scout Troop #90473, flag presentation by Scouting of America Troop #385 and Bath Township Fire and Police Departments, and Richfield AMVET Post 176 Color Guard & Rifle Detail.

Additionally, the ceremony is scheduled to include an aircraft flyover just after 12 p.m. (Warning: Aircraft Flyover will be loud)

  • Parking:  For the convenience of attendees, parking will be available in the Bath Township Administration lots, with shuttles running for those in need of assistance.
  • Seating:  While some seating will be provided, everyone is encouraged to bring their own chairs to ensure comfort during the ceremony.
  • Bath Township Historical Museum:  Following the event, all are invited to visit the museum.
