rules and regulations, including a fifty cents per hour pay increase as
adopted at the May 14, 2004 meeting.

To accept the road
building renovation specifications prepared by T.C. Architects for
advertisement and bid. The engineers estimate is $110,100, which includes
a $10,000 contingency. Advertisement dates: April 29th, May 6th,
and May 13th with a bid opening at 10:00 a.m. on May 25th.
