DESIGN GUIDELINES AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

In addition, the Bath Township Design Guidelines were developed by citizens of the community and are the basis of recent changes to the Bath Township Zoning Resolution. You may view the Bath Township Design Guidelines in the zoning offices or online HERE.

Additionally, the Bath Township Comprehensive Plan is also available for viewing. The Comprehensive Plan was developed as a well-delineated plan providing a blueprint for implementation actions that will guide future development in a manner that retains the open space design of Bath Township. It protects the integrity of existing neighborhoods and encourages quality improvements in transitional gateway areas of the Township. The Comprehensive Plan may be viewed in the zoning offices or online HERE.

Both the Design Guidelines and Comprehensive Plan are available for purchase from the zoning office.
