ZONING APPLICATIONS

The various applications utilized by the Bath Township Zoning Office are made available on this website for downloading. By clicking on the appropriate application form, you may print it out, complete it, and bring it with you when applying for a permit, variance, or rezoning request. At present, only the application forms listed below are available for download.

In addition, as you plan your improvements, please note the following special considerations:

Streams, wetlands, and floodplains - Bath Township has regulations pertaining to these natural features providing additional building setbacks. If one of these features is on or near the property, the required setback may affect the location of the home, accessory structure, driveway, or other improvement. Reference Article IV, Section 411 of the Zoning Resolution for details.

Steep slopes - If a home, accessory structure, driveway, or other improvement is being built on or near steep slopes, a Conditional Use from the Board of Zoning Appeals may be required. The site topography must be included on site plans when slopes approach 18% or greater. Reference Article IV, Section 412 for details.

[NOTE: These forms are presented in Adobe Acrobat Form. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them. If you do not have the program installed on your computer, it is available as a free download from http://www.adobe.com.]
