The minimum requirements for the Police Officer position include:

·         Ohio residency

·         U.S. citizenship

·         Minimum 21 years of age

·         Maximum 35 years of age

·         Good physical condition based on Cooper Institute standards

·         No criminal record or repeated traffic offenses

·         Associate Degree in Criminal Justice or Bachelor Degree in any major

·         Current OPOTA certification

The minimum requirements for the Communication Specialist position include:

·         U.S. citizenship

·         Minimum 18 years of age

·         No criminal record

·         High School graduate
