The Incorporation was adopted by Ohio Law in 1950. It is a non-profit organization which consists of both full-time and part-time firefighters. The main goals of the Incorporation are to maintain positive community relations and to provide up-dated equipment essential to firefighting.

The Incorporation sponsors and supports numerous functions throughout the year including the annual Horse Show.

Each year the Incorporation also contributes financially and manually towards the improvements of the Bath Fire Department and its assets. Listed below are some of the major expenditures made by the Incorporation during recent years.

Our Annual Fund Raiser
The Bath Fire Department Horse Show is our annual fund raiser used to raise money through our non-profit incorporation to supplement tax dollars. The 2009 Horse Show will be held July 11th & 12th at the fire department training grounds at the corner of Revere and Everett Roads, directly across from Revere High School.
