BATH TOWNSHIP NOW HAS LIFELINE SERVICE AVAILABLE TO ITS ELDERLY AND DISABLED RESIDENTS.

If you meet the qualifications, you can get Info Line's Lifeline service FREE OF CHARGE.


What is Lifeline?
Lifeline is a 24-hour personal emergency monitoring system, monitored by Info Line,  that allows you to call for help by activating a small button transmitter that you wear. When you push the button, Info Line enacts your personal emergency plan. Your volunteer responders will come to your aid.  If you need professional emergency help, Life Line can summon paramedics or police to help you.

Lifeline helps residents remain safely in their homes when they:
 

	Live alone
	Are an older adult
	Are homebound
	Have medical problems
	Are recovering for an illness or injury

How do I get Lifeline?
To get Lifeline, you must:
 

1. Have a telephone
    
2. Complete an application and be determined as eligible by the Bath Township Trustees
    
3. Have Info Line install a Lifeline unit in your home
    
4. Have at least 2 volunteer responders who have access to your home and will help you in an emergency
