Regular Meetings

    The Bath Township Board of Trustees meets in Regular Meeting format generally on the first Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. and the third Monday of every month at 4:00 p.m.  
     The meetings are held at Bath Center located at 3864 W. Bath Road in the Trustees’ Meeting Room.  Regular meetings include reports by Department Heads and the Township Administrator.  The public is welcome to offer comments during the Citizen’s Comments portion of the agenda on township related matters.

Work Sessions

     The Bath Township Board of Trustees meets in a Work Session format on every Monday not on a meeting day at 9:30 a.m.
     These meetings are held at Bath Center located at 3864 W. Bath Road in the Administration Conference Room.  Work Sessions are less formal than regular meetings and are utilized by Trustees and Department Heads for discussion of township related projects or activities.

Agenda Sessions

     The Bath Township Board of Trustees meets in an Agenda Session format at 9:30 a.m. every Monday morning of a regular scheduled Trustees’ Meeting.  
     These meetings are held at Bath Center located 3864 W. Bath Road in the Administration Conference Room.  Agenda Sessions are less formal than regular meetings and are utilized by Trustees and Department Heads for discussion of township related projects or activities and to discuss agenda items to be presented at the Regular Meeting.

Special Meetings

     The Bath Township Board of Trustees are permitted to call Special Meetings at any time for purposes they are permitted by law to act upon.
     The press must be notified of a Special Meeting 24 hours in advance of the scheduled meeting.  The public notice must state the date, time, locations, and purpose of the meeting.
